| If your attendance at the conference is being paid for by your organisation, the full weekend fee applies. |
| If you are covering the costs of attending the conference yourself, the reduced fee of €140 applies. |
| If you are a student or unwaged (including people who are retired) a further subsidised rate of €80 applies. |

| The Pay as you go option refers to each lecture and discussion "pair" of which there are four on Saturday and a lectuure / field-trip pair on Sunday morning. |
